SAT Score Sending

I took the SAT in October and 3 SAT Subject Tests in November. Each time, I used my 4 free score reports to send my scores to some of the colleges to which I'm applying. I wasn't quite satisfied with my October score, so I retook the SAT in December.

Now my question is this -- if I get my Dec scores 9 days from now and I don't like them, do I have to send them??? This becomes an issue especially with universities that specify that they do not allow Score Choice -- I'm technically not using the "Score Choice" option, but I'm just opting out from updating them with my most recent scores.

What do you guys think?

A lot of universities specify their policy in terms of “we require you send all scores,” rather than “we do not allow score choice.” Others just say both.

Yale is pretty specific in [their FAQ](http://admissions.yale.edu/faq/standardized-testing):

It’s okay if your new composite score is lower. Don’t take the chance that your application will be rejected.
