SAT score variations

I was wondering how most colleges interpret a variation in test scores, more specifically an increase. For example, I have taking the SAT three consecutive times:

October: (640/680/600) = 1920
November: (670/750/610) = 2030
December (estimated): (730/800/710) = 2240

Since there is a 320 point gap between my first testing and third, I was wondering how this would be interpreted:

a.) They will consider my 1st score the most. Probably because they believe this score most accurately represents my ability because it was the first, before I learned any ‘SAT tricks’
b.) They will consider my 3rd score the most. Probably because they will be impressed that I was willing to work hard and therefore raise my score
c.) They will somehow average my scores
d.) Other. Please explain.

I really would like to know so be as spesific and detailed as possible, thanks in advance.

most of them superscore you SATs they will only look to that 2200s
