SAT score

When I submit the collegeboard score report to brown, do they look at my highest one taken or the best in each section? If they looked at the best in each section rather than my best in one sitting, my score would be much better.

They look at your highest score in each section.

Does Brown do that for the ACT also because if they did that would give me a 34 instead of a 33. I really hope they do.

Does it really matter if they superscore or not?
When you are at the 33/34 range, SAT scores a going to be a very minor factor in admissions, since they can be quite confident you are academically competent, so they won’t be concerned so much with stats and all that. At that stage, they’ll just move beyond scores and look more closely at essays, recs etc.

Ok thanks a lot that makes me less nervous. I was really happy with my essays and recs so that makes me feel better. Thanks again!
