Hi,
So I took SAT on November 2, 2013. The score should be available November 21, but today is 23 already and my SAT score still says "not yet available". I also contacted CB yesterday. And a representative tells me that my score is sent to Escalation Departments. What does this mean?
Thanks

Relax. Scores that are delayed typically take 2 weeks to be released if no technical inconsistencies or reasons to believe you cheated are found, but it can also take anywhere from 1-2 months for your score to be released, depending upon the circumstances for which your score is being delayed.

I do not work for ETS, but my guess is that by the “Escalation” Department, they could POSSIBLY be referring to a significant increase in your score, in which case your score is automatically flagged and investigated. This could be good in that you might have received a really high score or you could be permanently banned from taking the test if they find evidence that your high score was not a result of your efforts but of cheating.

A little background info would be helpful here. Where did you take the test, have you taken it before, and were there any suspicious or unusual circumstances on the day of the actual test?

Are you Vietnamese BTW?

Yes i am Vietnames. I took the SAT in Arizona, USA. This is the second time I took the SAT. The first time I get 1770. I also expect this time to be 2000+. So it may be the reason as you said. There were really nothing unusual during the test, except for some Chinese students cancel their tests after half time.
