SAT SCORED FELL 140 POINTS. WILL COLLEGES LOOK AT BOTH SCORES!!!!

I took my first sat in nov, and i did pretty good for my standards
i got 2130 (640 verbal, 740 math, and 750 writing 11essay)

i took it again in march and I got wrecked cause I didnt practice since November. (i know, i was being stupid)
i got 1990 (570 verbal, 700 math, and 720 writing 10essay)

My question is will colleges look at my second score and will it have an impact on my college decisions?

Schools on my list: Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, Case Western, Purdue, Ohio state, Arisona State, USC (legacy), and a couple of others. ill apply for engineering btw.
my GPA is 3.77

bump

The other member posted a list with colleges! I wouldn’t worry about all of these, some of them say they use the highest section for certain versions. Click that link the other member posted and check it out.

Good luck!! Those are awesome grades in my opinion. I wish I had scored that well when I was in high school!
