<p>How do colleges view your SAT scores if you took them more than once. I have heard that they do a super score...best of each section. Is that true? Do all colleges do this, or only some?</p>
<p>I got my March 1st results back, and I did really well in Writing, decent in Math, crappy in Reading. I just don't want to have to take it again...and then if i do worse in writing, my first score won't count.</p>
<p>I know that this may have already been answered, but I can't seem to find another thread that has this so if someone can just tell me, that would be great.</p>
<p>my dad is a CAL Berkeley alum, and would have been more than happy if I had just applied there. he also has this irrational idea that Williams is somehow inordinately superior to Amherst or Swarthmore. he's actually kind of pessimistic.</p>
<p>Most schools that we visited accept the best score of each section taken on different dates, but I have heard that the Univ. of Calif. will only accept the best SAT score taken on a single date.</p>
