<p>Where do you live? If you’re in Texas and top 8%, then you can get in UT. If in Texas, and also in top quarter of your class, then you are an auto admit at A&M. If no to either of those, maybe not.</p>

If you are a NMF then that might change the equation, as long as your grades are top notch too. All admitted NMF’s receive 1/2 tuition scholarships at USC.
And if you won’t be a NMF, but apply by the Dec 1 early deadline, you could be eligible for USC awarded merit scholarships</p>
