I am applying to Yale Early Action and I just sent my test scores on 10/22/15. If Yale doesn’t get my scores by 11/1/15 will that affect my SCEA application?

Bump too. I sent my SAT and ACT scores today 
I’m applying through questbridge but deadline is also november 1.
It shouldn’t be a problem for you. See below (or this link: http://admissions.yale.edu/standardized-testing) from Yale’s website:
Regardless of your test date, we will begin our evaluation process with self-reported or official scores from earlier test dates. If you have yet to submit your Common Application and are concerned about our receipt of your fall scores, please be sure to self-report past scores. Provided that your official scores reach us by the first week of December, we will be able to consider them in Early Action.
