Hi…Just wanted to know whether anybody is facing problems with the SAT scores being sent to colleges by Collegeboard.
Have you heard explicitly from colleges that they’ve not obtained scores you directed CB to send? Often, colleges are slow to update their portals that show what’s been rec’d.
Yes, my daughter requested and paid for her scores to be sent to her ED school on November 11. When we checked November 12 on the College Board site it came up as “Sent”. When we looked again November 19, it came up “Pending”. She called the number listed on their yellow alert banner concerning SAT Score Sending and spoke to a College Board rep last night. She was told that they are doing their best to resolve it. D has been in touch with her admission councilor via email and she is aware, as I am sure most are, of the situation.
This happened to us. Requested quite a few in late oct. One sent four times. Another shower sent on 11/4 and then switched to pending. After I called, it was changed to sent on 11/16, but the school still hasn’t shown it received. Beyond frustrated here.
There is at least one more thread on this, with at least 5 students with issues, some at multiple schools.
Not sure what “rights” any particular student would have for College Board to send scores on time.
I think people just have to throw themselves on the mercy of the universities, and explain what is happening with their scores, and prove that they paid CB in a timely manner.
