SAT scores came out... should I send them?

This is for a friend of mine.
She already sent a set of score reports to the universities she's applying to before december SAT scores came out.

Her SATI's were:
1st: 650CR 780M 720W
2nd: 690CR 800M 710W

when she sent them out.

On her december SAT she got
730CR 780M 640W

The overall score dropped due to the unexpectedly low writing score, and she's wondering if she should send another set of score reports to the universities since her Critical Reading score improved by 40 points. She's just worried that the overall drop would decrease her chance at admissions. Do the universities she's applying to take the highest scores from each section, or do they take the test score from one sitting? Also, would the overall drop in the score affect her chances negatively? I mean, it's just the writing that's the problem. The other sections are fine...

These are schools she's applying to:
harvard-_-
yale
columbia
upenn (huntmen. deferred ED)
nyu
u of michigan - ann arbor
carnegie mellon
usc
u of washington (seattle)
boston college
wellesley college
uc berkeley (out of state. international)
stanford

She already got into EA Georgetown. ugh lucky...
anyways...

Thanks!

tell her to do it by herself
plus, why do you make friends who use you?

lol. I was just talking to her on msn when she asked me this. She doesn't know about CC... so I thought I'd just post it for her.
