SAT Scores Confusion

I am a senior this year (graduating class of 2010). I need some help...

My situation:

Scored tests so far:
took two (2) SAT II subject tests (one score i am fine with 700+, the other not so much)

Test(s) in the future
already signed up and is ready for SAT I on October 10.
Maybe a SAT I and/or SAT II tests on November 7 + December 5 (<--- is this date too late for UCs)

I read the information on Collegeboard's website multiple times and tried searching in CC, looking for more possibly relevant information, but the info I had found didnt directly answer my questions or I am too stupid to realize it.

My questions are:

Do you "send" score reports to colleges before the test date online(SAT I on Oct 10), during testing while I am at the test center [not online], or after the test date online?

Is the most recent test included in this report that I'm gonna send to the colleges or am I going to have to pay like 10 dollars per college or something like that?

Which is the last test date for 2010 Fall UC applicants? (I know you have to have scores in by January, right? but how long does it take for the test scores to reach the colleges?)

Is there anything else important I am missing. Any suggestions? I am on edge right now. I know I f'ed up. : )

Thanks

You can take SAT/SAT IIs in December, but you have to send your scores when you sign up. You can’t wait to receive them to send them.

Thank you that clarifies things so much. I think that’s what I’m going to end up doing.

Anyone else have any other suggestions/much-needed advice?
