Alright, this is just for clarification. I am taking the SATs in October and three Subject tests in November. I am applying ED, so let me get this straight. I send my October scores in normally with all of my other scores, THEN when I receive my November scores, I rush them in as soon as possible. Like, there will be a decision to rush them as soon as I get my scores on CollegeBoard. Is this right?

Also, will sending in SAT scores this late affect my chances?

The latest test date they accept for ED is November and for RD January, so you’re fine.

I’m retaking SAT Subject Tests in October and applying ED as well - will I need my scores rushed or will I be fine having them sent normally?

@All: Just add Penn as a recipient of the scores BEFORE you take the exam. You MUST send all your scores, so regardless of how you do on the Oct/Nov exam, you MUST let them see it. Ravenclaw–add Penn onto your October SAT Score Recipients; Samnouh–add Penn onto your November SAT Score Recipients. You’ll be glad you did–saves you 10 bucks.

October scores can be sent normally. November scores must be rushed…

Ok, thanks! I thought I saw on Penn’s site that they wanted October scores to be rushed as well, but I guess not.

“Early Decision candidates should take SAT or ACT exams either during the junior year or in the summer before the senior year, but no later than November 2010. Early Decision candidates who opt for November examinations must rush their test scores to us.”
