Hello, this is my first post so hope it works.

Anyway, I just wanted to know whether international students have to submit their SAT scores to get into McGill becasue their website doesnt seem to say anything about it for international students.

I am currently in IB year 1 and will apply to McGill next year. Although I will be taking the SAT next year I was wondering if it's a must for me to submit my SAT scores to McGill. I think I can probably get at least 36-38 points for IB. BTW... i'm a Canadian citizen living overseas (just in case it makes a diff).

So you think 36 is good benough to get into McGill. I am doing IB in the Bahamas but I am also doing SAT and the subject tests in Math and Physics. How much would admissions look at my SAT scores rather than my IB grades if I did real well in them.

If u do the IB the admissions dont even consider ur SAT scores...even if u got 2400 in them...

SAT only applies to u if u went to an american school and u only have a high school diploma (can include AP courses)

and yeh...36 should be good enough for most faculties...u might need higher marks if u are applying to arts & science faculty (management faculty as well i think....not sure)...

ur predicted grades matter much more than ur final grades...so make sure u do well in school...final grades are only used to give u credits for u HL courses
