<p>D is applying to Providence which is SAT optional.</p>
<p>Her scores are 570CR 720M, 620W. </p>
<p>The midrange scores of last year's class at Providence are 540-640M, 530-630CR and 540-650W. (Providence collects this info from students after they are admitted).</p>
<p>I am thinking that since her scores are competitive in CR and W for the range of accepted students last year (and well above in Math) that sending her scores could help her application and worst case not impact it at all. </p>
<p>Does anyone see any reason why she wouldn't want to submit these scores? Just want to make sure we are not overlooking something obvious. </p>
<p>Also note that she took the sat 2's and got 610 in Math 2 and 670 in Chem .. Providence will see these as well if we send scores .. I am thinking that while not stellar that these scores should not hurt her chances. </p>
<p>Would love other opinions.</p>
