Hi I got 770 M, 700 CR, and 680 W? Are these scores good enough for Stanford? If not, what scores should I aim for?

If you have no hooks or anything like that Stanford is a huge reach with bellow a 2250 (at least 750 each section). You really should just aim for the best scores that you can get (it doesnt help to take the test 4 times and have no real improvement), but at least 700 in each section seems like a realistic goal that most Stanford admits meet. There really is no magic number (as seen form the 2400s rejected and 1800s accepted) but the vast majority of Stanford admits have high SAT scores. I feel like I havn't answered the question, but the truth is only a Stanford adcom can tell you what SAT score you need to get in conjunction with the rest of your profile so that you would be in the top 10% of Stanford applicants. If you have no ECs and horrible essays, a 2400 won't get you in. If you are recruited for football and have several research papers published, you can probably get away with a 2000 or less.

I don't think your scores will keep you out, but they won't help you much either. Your chances will depend on everything else.

Your score is in range.

Would a 2370 SAT +URM status (black) offset a class rank at exactly the top 10%?

Your score is definitely in range; plenty of non-hooked applicants with the same scores get in. Look at the stats profiles for Stanford.
