Many colleges allow you to report your highest math, critical reading and writing scores from different sittings. Is that really true? I had a very bad CR once, am I on my own risk to report all the scores?

Some colleges do this, and it’s called “superscoring”. You’ll have to check the college’s standardized testing policy to see if they do this. If a college you’re applying to superscores, then go ahead and report all scores. There is no way they can hold one bad score against you if you’ve received a score from a different sitting that’s higher.

really? I kinda feel I will be on my risk to do report all scores…

Even schools that superscore can hold a bad score against you. Be strategic about which scores you send to schools with score choice.
