Hi guys, my MIT online portal indicates that MIT hasn't processed my scores yet. However, collegeboard indicated that they had sent my scores on Dec 18 and it has been three weeks since. Should I contact mit and tell them about this problem?

Remember that MIT has probably received over 11,000 applications and that processing materials for applications takes time. They have stated: “If you don’t see an application item processed right away, please do not worry. Near our deadline, we receive an extremely large volume of mail.” However, if your scores have still not been processed by the beginning of February, you should then contact admissions.

^ This.

wordswords

that’s only true for paper documents^^, scores are sent electronically and automatically updated on your appliccation. Since you didn’t rush report your scores it takes about 24 days if I remember, it’s somewhere on the collegeboard site.Btw this only applies if you send scores from tests you have already taken. If you’re taking the SAT and select MIT as one of the schools to get your scores then they will get them the same day you find out your scores.
