will sat scores and hs scores play significant roles if i want to transfer to another college after 2nd year?
As of right now, I am a senior in high school and will be attending cal state northridge and planning to transfer after my 2nd year.

Generally, SAT/HS are not significant factors in junior standing transfer. However, it really depends on the school. Any schools you're specifically interested in?

USC, UT Austin, Upenn?? or schools around that level

for penn you need pretty strong stats, i dont know about hs stats but you'll need very strong stats for transfer into penn.

what about SAT?

USC - SAT/ACT not required for admission past 30 credits; HS transcript is not used in admission past this point as well.

UT - Almost entirely based on college GPA as this is a public school. However, you'll need above a 3.6 for a good chance or 3.8 if you're OOS.

Penn & Elite - Pretty much everything will have some bearing. Scores and HS grades may not mean too much for junior-level transfer, but they will definetly be a part of the process.

Best of luck :)

Ok guys, THank you very much =)
