Jun 2010 SAT:
CR - 680 M- 770 W - 720 (E-8) Total: 2170
Nov 2010 SAT:
CR - 610 M -800 W - 800 (E-12) Total: 2210

Superscore:
CR - 680 M- 800 W - 800 Total - 2280

I’m an Indian class of '15 applicant. Those are my scores. I know, as a superscore, that 2280, while not totally mindblowing, is a very good score. The problem is, obviously, my CR score.
Math and Writing are sections where you can study like crazy and do well. Critical Reading is all about luck and talent. No amount of word lists or practice seems to help. That 700 in CR will make my SAT score good by all means.

Question is - Is it worth a retake?
