I took my SATs in December, and sent my scores to ten different colleges. However, my scores were taking forever to arrive, so I went back on collegeboard yesterday to check them, and it turns out they NEVER GOT SENT!
I have "0 recipients" listed under my December scores.

Yet after I ordered the scores back in December, I got a confirmation email from collegeboard outlining the scores I'd sent, and the colleges receiving them.

I called collegeboard this morning and they pretty much told me to re-send my scores. It's way past the deadline for some universities now.. but it's not my fault that my scores didn't get sent!

Do you still have your confirmation email? If so, send that to the colleges to demonstrate that you did your part, and it’s the College Board’s error. Forward the email, with an explanation in the forwarding comment, to the admissions officer who handles your geographical region if you can find that information on the school’s web site, or to the admissions office if you can’t. Or print a copy of it, and mail it along with a cover letter explaining your situation.

Are you sure you’re looking in the right place?

Go to the page that has all your SAT scores from all tests. On the righthand side, towards the bottom, there is a link that says “score send history.” It should contain every score ever sent- scores chose, destinations, dates. If nothing is there, you really need to call collegeboard again. If they are telling you to resend, they aren’t understanding the issue. Offer to send them your receipts. They’ve made a big mistake and must correct it. Do not be afraid to say “I’d like to speak to your manager” or “I’d like to speak to someone higher up” if they aren’t being helpful.

If you ordered the scores using the free report link for a future test, they will not send the scores until that test is taken. Call them on the phone to sort this out.
