I noticed that there were only 5 spaces for the SAT II's for the online application, but I've taken a total of 6 tests (4 tests with 2 repeats). Should I only write the best scores in since the scores will be sent officially? Or should I write them in the "Additional Testing" section?

Also, is writing the dates of the day the SAT was taken required? Collegeboard seems to list only the month and year, and so does my transcript.

On the application, you need to record the tests you have taken and just the best scores for any repeat exams. We just need month and year.

And as I have said before, what you self-report on the application does not really matter, as we need to receive your official reports from the college board which will have all the information we require.

AdmissionDaniel, if I take the October SAT and apply ED, do I have to wait for my score to come out before I submit the application, or can I just leave the self-reported score area blank?

No, you may submit your application in advance of receiving your October exam scores. Since you need to have the scores sent directly to Hopkins from the testing agency, we are not concerned with the self-reported scores on your application. Just put the test date so we know you are taking the exams. When the October scores arrive in our office, they will be merged with your application.
