I have kind of a stupid dilemma. I took the SAT 2s in May, but my scores were lost, and after the College Board found them again I never recieved a written score report so I do not know what colleges I sent my scores too. I need to figure out if Columbia recieved my May scores. Who should I talk to about this? The College Board or Columbia? And do all SAT score reports need to be sent in by January 3?

You have to send an official score report, which includes everything, SAT1s on all dates and SAT IIs on all dates. That option to send scores directly is only for people who take the tests after due dates for apps.

i.e. it doesn't matter whether they received your May scores or not, they need a report from the SAT co that includes all the tests.

Thanks. Is it too late to send that in now? I would think not, considering they accept January tests. But does the 3-5 week thing push beyond the acceptable time?

No, that's fine. You'll see how soon they get there on the app tracker. It's surprisingly faster than the SAT co advertises. Columbia has a few months ahead of them to get those scores, and you self-report them anyway.

Thanks a lot. Now I just have to do the app... I'm probably the only person who hasn't even turned in Part I yet....

Ha ha. I just turned it in yesterday. Don't worry about it. Just get cracking! I have nine apps to do by the end of this week. I'm in WAY over my head.
