SAT scores/SAT II with top prospects

Hello all-
I am a high school senior and have taken one SAT (this past June) and scored a 2130. I plan on applying to MIT, University of Pennsylvania, Princeton, Brown, and Yale as my top prospects. I do have one SAT II under my belt (Biology), but have registered for the December 3rd SAT II's in Math Level 2 and Chemistry (I am expecting a near-800 if not an 800 in both).

My queries are as follows:
Would it be worth it to re-take the SAT with my current score (CR: 700, M: 760, W:670) for applying to these colleges for regular decision? I ask this primarily because I consider my scores only decent for me (I can't even explain why I didn't score an 800 on math). I do not wish to do it this November because of the now-present late fee and I cannot do it in December because of my preoccupation with the SAT Subject Tests on that date. Is a January test date too late for regular decision? And like I've already said, is it really worth it for me with my scores as they stand? (Also, I have already registered to send my SAT scores with my upcoming SAT II scores after I take the tests in December)

If it helps with judgment, I am ranked #3 in a class of 344 students with a GPA of 97.833. I have a 5 on AP Chemistry, 5 on AP Physics B, and 4 on AP English Lit. I am taking the AP Calculus BC exam next May, and it's a given (more or less) that I'll get a 5 on that, and the same can be said for AP Statistics (I will be taking it next May as well).

I'm sure there are posts like mine all the time, but this is the most streamlined way for me to arrive at a general sense of direction with this. I appreciate all of you taking your time to read this and field my queries.

Thanks again,
Jared

I wouldn’t avoid taking a test just because of a nominal late fee…

I would agree that a $26 late fee is not substantial if it means a better chance of admission. Have you checked the college websites for the last accepted sitting for RD? For instance, I just checked Y and they take the Jan SAT.

As far as whether or not to retest, you are on the border, it’s not cut and dry IMO. 2100+ is good and definitely within range, but you are applying to some of the most selective schools in the country. In considering a retest, also think about factors such as: do you have substantial time to prep and raise your score significantly, what ECs and other activities you could be doing instead, is the rest of your application extremely strong/average/soso?, etc.

Your sr year AP scores will not be a factor in admissions decisions.
