SAT scores still on To-Do List?

I sent in my application mid October to Cal State Fullerton and sent them my SAT scores on the same day. On the portal it still says SAT Scores and next to its status it says initiated. Should I contact them or just send the scores again? All the other Cal States I applied to don’t have SAT scores on the to-do lists, just Fullerton. Is anyone having the same problem?

Yes, I see the same message on the portal. I even re-submitted the SAT and still have the same message.
