Good day Duke forum! I’m going to be submitted my RD app tomorrow. However, I just realized that Duke requires you to have SAT scores by Jan 2 or 3, then they accept January SAT as ADDITIONAL. However, paying to send my scores now, and paying to resend it after I take the SAT on Jan 24, seems expensively redundant. Would the self-reported scores listed on the Common App be sufficient until I take the January SAT?
If you request for your scores from the January SAT to be sent to Duke right now, it will be free, so you would only need to pay once to send any previous scores. I would suggest sending the scores you currently have to them now so they have some official scores to go by until they receive your January scores in February (which is pretty late).
