Everyone has been getting their Official SAT Score Reports in the mail but I have not yet received them, and I’m positive no one in my household has trashed them. I also ordered a QAS service and it has been 2 weeks, and today was the third week and I have not received that yet. I took the test January 23rd 2016.

QAS takes a while. I think it’s more like 4-6 weeks. But yeah, you can check your score online @KillerKozmo
I have not gotten my QAS yet and I took it Jan. I’m also very worried 
QAS always take longer to come than you think it will. But this time around, I’m not sure why you want it. The usual reason is to see how you did so you can make adjustments for next time. But the new SAT is so different, I’m not sure how much help it will be to examine your January test.
Also, if you originally signed up for January and then had a snow delay, I don’t think they are going to send you a QAS. They didn’t send them out the last time a QAS day got delayed. So if that’s your situation, you may want to double check with the College Board – you might be owed a refund.
p.s. Anyone want to guess when May QAS will arrive? I’ll open the bidding at August 43rd.
