SAT scores?

well, iv been studying for the October 14th SAT for a little more than 2 months now but my my practice test score's remain pretty low. im trying to keep optimistic about the situation but its hard considering that i want to go to USC and i know that your SAT scores need to be very high. so my question is, what is the minimum SAT score that USC will accept in admission. i know that extracurriculars, gpa, etc... all play a role in a student's admission as well, but what is the minimum SAT score a high school student should go registering for usc with?

sorry the question is so flimsy, but thanks in advance for anyone who replies.

there is no 'minimum.' you have a range that can be found in collegeboard.com (search University of Southern California) but anything can help you make into USC so there's no absolute minimum. your minimum should be at least 1900 though i believe to have a good chance. (much better if you are in the 2000's.)

yillfog - did you take the ACT? If so what was your score? If not, get scheduled for it. Our son's GC advised all students to take both. Some students get higher scores on the ACT. USC does NOT require both.

The middle 50% was something like 2040-2200.
