Do colleges care about when you took your SATs? i.e. which month and which version you got.
I am asking this because, since the tests are different every time, do the colleges compare your score to an average of all the test takers of that same day?
That would be a nice thought in my opinion. I know some not-so-bright people who scored in the upper 1400s one day when my smartest friends scored in the lower 1400s on another day.
<p>No, the month and version don't come in to play. To evaluate your scores they take your highest score for the verbal and math (regardless of the date they were taken) and add the two to determine your higests score.</p>
