SAT Scores

I know that the June SAT scores come out next week, on the 26th, but I was just thinking, on the 26th we should all post the scores we got. The scores for all sections: critical reading, math, and writing. I know that some people wouldn't want to post their scores(probably including myself), but i think it'd be cool to see how everybody did and how people plan to study this summer for the October SAT.

I know i shouldn't be posting this but i'm very anxious about the scores coming next week. This is finals week so i should worry about that right now instead of the SAT.

Post your thoughts!

For the May SATs, somebody created a topic and everybody posted theirs. I don't remember any 2400s but there were some good ones in there.

I think it'd be a cool idea to see how everybody did. A lot of people on here are pretty smart but id be interested to see how people scored.

We should post the score along with the scores we estimated.. I want to see how different it is.

Yeah everyone post theirs. I'm going to use my AP Statistics skills and calculate the mean/median/5 number summary/etc. for the data :p

sounds good, this will have to wait until next thursday though. I'll have to find this thread next week.

Update it Wednesday night if you can so we can post scores as we check them, cause most people will sitting at their computer hitting refresh until they pop up haha.

haha alright ill see what i can do

Thats what I'm gonna do. hit refresh a billion times.

haha, a mean, median, etc etc for CC, interesting! I'm sorry guys, but my leet asian skills are going to bring the CR mean down to the mid 600s but will bring the math and writing scores mean to the high 700s!

we always do that anyway...

Isn't it true if we made more than a 200 point improvement it will take longer to see our scores?

^No, my friend took the May test and went from 2110 to 2340 and got his scores the same day as everyone else

Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather sleep than see my scores when they come out. Besides, when you've stayed up till 5am waiting for the scores, anything less than a 2400 is a disappointment...

Haha considering I'm up till 5AM all the time in the summer, I won't really be going out of my way. I'll probably stay up, check my scores (hitting refresh every 5-10 minutes from 3AM on haha) and then go to sleep right afterwards.

And I doubt that 200 pt increase delay is true. Do they delay for anybody who scores well the first time they take it because there's a chance they cheated? I mean, I could see if there was like a 600 pt increase like from a 1400 to a 2000 that they would delay that person's scores and do an investigation, but 200 points is definitely possible. I mean going from an 1800 to a 2000 isn't the hardest thing in the world with some prep.

I am sort of bummed about the online scores...

I will be in rural Tennessee when they come out building houses for a church related outreach thing (ASP) and we have no access to the internet or anything with electricity basically (lol).

I have to wait 4 more days to see my scores =(

You could have a close friend check them for you and text the scores to you haha

Let us all post...this should be fun. btw, I predict a 2230 for myself.

lol yeah
i predict a....

2200? plz?? oh my gosh i can't wait

i think i may have gotten an 800 on CR and pretty high on W but not very well on Math

I'm hoping for somewhere from 2000-2100. This is my first SAT so I'd be happy with that. :)
