You’ll be fine I think. For comparison, I got about 700s on each reasoning test section and mid-to-high 600s on my subject tests, and I got in. Granted, I had a lot of other things going for me too, but it’s just a thought. If you back up these scores with other things (clubs, leadership, service, the usual stuff) then you should have a great chance.

your selection of 3 tests is very poor. You need at least one humanities in there somewhere. Take the lit sat II or take one of the histories but don’t go in as “I’m a quant monkey”

Necrophiliac is right, of course. For curiosity’s sake, what is your intended major? I’m assuming something in bio or chemistry, and, for that, your application would be certainly sufficient. However, Georgetown (and most other top schools besides MIT) want to see balance. You’ll still need strong skills in other fields of study, especially given Georgetown’s heavy load of gen-ed requirements.

I’m actually planning to apply to the business school. The reason I took Math/Chemistry/Physics is because I’m an international student (doing A Levels) so we don’t learn US history and world history, and I haven’t studied literature for 2 years. But I take Economics and the equivalent of honors for economics too (like the most rigorous course available), so I’m assuming that’ll help my chances for the business school…

Well, given your circumstances, you should be just fine. You could always try an SAT II in something else if you felt the need though- by preparing with prep books (Princeton Review, Barron’s), I’m convinced that most anyone can do reasonably well on those tests.

I would advise you to really try to bring up that CR score, especially since you’re an international student. Remember that Georgetown only considers the CR and M sections.
