SAT Sores too low?

My SAT scores are 480 in Reading, 540 in Maths, 460 in Writing, 530 in Mathematics Level 2(SAT II) and 520 in Physics(SAT II). </p>

<p>Any chances of City College of New York?
Should I think of applying?</p>

Well you should think about GPA. I think you have a good chance, although engineering school now has a higher bar on admission. But I think you still have a good chance.</p>
