SAT Standby Registration Form?

<p>According to the CB website, in order to take the SATs standby you must:</p>

<p>"Bring a completed Registration Form, sealed in its envelope, along with payment by check, money order, or credit card. Checks and money orders should be made payable to "The College Board.""</p>

<p>WHERE can you find this Registration Form? Any help would be much appreciated.</p>

<p>If in the US, ask in your HS. If not, call the test center in advance and ask them for it.</p>
