Im a rising senior planning to take the subject tests in a few months. Which should i take? i've already taken:
adv. biology-freshman year
adv. chem-sophomore year
adv. physics-junior year
i feel comfortable with math (760 on math SAT)

which should i take to fulfill the general requirement of 3?

Three colleges require three SAT IIs: Princeton, Harvard, and Georgetown. The rest that require IIs require only two. However, if you are intending to apply for a major in science or engineering at some colleges that require II's, you may need a math and a science (e.g., MIT requires a math and a science). Also, Stanford, which actually does not require IIs but recommends them, recommends that one of them be math. In other words, what you take depends on your intent in applying, where and for what, but you usually cannot go wrong in meeting requirements anywhere and for any major by taking Math IIC and a science (and the third, if applying to any of the three that require three IIs, can be anything). Note, there are a few colleges that want an SAT II in foreign language, not for the purpose of admission but for placement after admission.

Take phyisics and math 2. (Physics because it is your most recent science). If you want three, take one more in a different subject area: history or a foreign language would be best.
