SAT Subject / AP Scores

I have taken the SAT test twice and 3 Subject Tests, as well as 4 AP exams? Should I send in all of my scores or do I just send in the 2 best scores?

APs - World History, US HIstory, Chem
SAT subject - Math II, Bio, Chem
