I am a junior, just complete the honor physics easily, have not taken AP physics, and planning taking physics subject in August, how hard will the test be? Thanks

Take a practice test and see. Borrow a prep book from the library.

Also note, AP Physics is not needed, and in fact, because it covers fewer topics, would not be enough for the Subject Test.

Thank you for the tips. I wonder what topics I have to self study to score 800.

Definitely pay more attention to acoustics, I failed on that part and only got 790.
