SAT Subject Scores for Schools that recommend them

I am applying early action to Stanford and took the SAT Subject tests in Bio E and Math II (got a 650 and 710 respectively, very mediocre scores indeed). I plan to retake these tests. On the common app, should I put the date that I took the tests, or the date when I plan to take them? Can I put the date I plan to retake them and include int the Additional info section my situation?

Test scores are due to Stanford before the application deadline. So I would hold off on submitting the Stanford application until you know whether or not you will be submitting subject test scores.
