SAT subject scores: to send or not to send?

Hi
I am a Community College student who is planning to transfer in the fall. My GPA looks good, its 4.0 with over 60 credits (up to Differential equations, physics III etc). Overall I'm 2 courses away from getting an associates degree in engineering.

I plan to apply to some really competetive schools like Columbia, UPenn, NYU, Cornell. They all require SAT scores, which of course I will provide. The SAT subject scores are the problem though. I got 710 on math II and 690 on physics. It was my first and last attempt without studying (as I graduated high school abroad).

Are these scores are worth sending? Or should I rather submit only regular SATs? As an engineering/applied math major that looks really weak...

I would really appreciate quick, well explained answer.
Many thanks!

One more thing I would like to add. Cornell does not require SAT for transfers at all. Would you submit score below 2000 or did not submit anything at all? Still waiting for the scores;;;

I wouldn’t send those scores if you don’t have too. They are good but not great.

No need to send so-so Subject tests as a jr transfer, your college work will override.

If you just took the SAT in college and got a sub-2100, I would recommend not sending to selective schools that don’t require it.

thanks for so fast responses guys!

Writing and reading sections might be a problem here as I moved to the US 3 years ago so you can imagine my English isn’t flawless.

anybody else?
