I really want to go to UVA and I'm in-state. What kind of SAT Subject Scores do they expect? My two highest are 670 and 680 in chemistry and math level 2. Will that be good enough for me to get in?

The chemistry score is okay, but the Math IIC score is low considering the test’s very clement curve. I would personally retake both (especially if you’re looking to do engineering), but others may suggest otherwise.

Your application is reviewed holistically, and I believe that SAT Subject scores are one of the smaller components of the application. No single component of the application is enough to get you in.

I know people who have gotten in without them so I wouldn’t be too concerned about it. That’s my personal opinion though. The previous poster is correct that most students score very well (700+) in MII since you can miss several questions without a significant decrease in score.
