Ok, I have a pretty solid transcript, good ECs and recommendations, good GPA, a 35 ACT and a 1580/2340 SAT. I just got my SAT II's back today, I got 720 Literature, 730 Math Level 2, and 710 U.S. History. I already applied EA and they have my SAT and ACT. Are these SAT II scores competitive? I want to know my sending them in would help me or hurt me. Thanks.

If it is a top school that doesn't require Subject tests then I wouldn't send them your other scores are great.

Doesn't Yale require two SAT Subject Tests?

They're not uber-super, but they're great all the same. I'm pretty sure they're at the level where Yale will glance at them, see that you're proficient, and move on to more important things. It might be kinda a problem if you had crappy SATI and ACT scores, but they're amazing, so it really doesn't matter.

If you're submitting the ACT, Yale requires no SAT Subject Tests scores. I don't think I would send them.

I really dunt get smart ppl like u guys.
I onli got 580 got CR
won no major awards
activities are okay - but i am passionate about them

but im still applying to Yale SCEA. :O shouldn't I feel really **** when I see all these stats???

those scores are fine - you might as well send them in... it won't hurt you, since they're all above 700. i wouldn't send the 710 in, though.

^^College Board hasn't reinstituted score choice yet, so you can't pick and choose which scores to send. If you ask CB to send any SAT scores, they'll automatically send every score from every sitting (SAT I or II) since 9th grade.

agh, that's right. sorry. i completely forgot. but anyway, a 710 is perfectly fine.

i got a 780 (math ic), 720 (us history), and 670 (world history).. will they only consider the top two.. or will my 670 look really ugly? i took it sophomore year if that helps..
