SAT Subject Test Biology M

Hello!

I am planning to take the SAT Subject Test for Biology M, and I am using the Barron’s test prep. If I am set on taking Biology M, should I still go over the chapter on ecology? Is there any chance that there may be ecology before the E/M questions?
