SAT Subject Test curves?

I know its different each test but anyone know the curves (how many you can get wrong and still get 800?)

Math IIC: around 6 wrong?
Math IC: Nothing wrong
US History: like 15 wrong?
World History: like 13 wrong?
Korean and Chinese: Everyone gets 800 so w.e.
Lit: 2 wrong?
Physics: 20? lol

anyone else know curves for other tests?

math I is usually 1 or 2
Bio is 2 or 3
Chem is usually 4 or 5

which bio?

i thought chem has a pretty good curve.

2 or 3 off the raw score... 2 wrong is 3 off raw score
Lit is 4 I believe

chem has a crap curve...i got a 790 and i thought i only got 4 wrong

oh that sucks..

4 is 5 off raw score, so that's the 4 curve

lol, Physics is like 7-9....no more than that...

really? i heard physics have good curves.

These are the lowest raw scores you need to get an 800, according to the Blue Book.

Math 1: 49/50
Math 2: 44/50
Bio E: 77/80
Bio M: 77/80
Chem: 82/85
Physics: 59/75
US History: 79/90
World History: 78/95
Lit: 59/61
Korean: 78/80
Chinese: 80/85

I don't know if physics is that hard...i thought it was 63/75......

yeah i thought i saw somewhere that physics has the best curve. so i guess i was right. thanks.

Physics is like miss 8- 10 questions..not minus 20.

I know right.....confusing me big time these people...who actually took the test got like 15 wrong and got an 800...??? no-one? okay thank you

My blue book says 59/75=800. This doesn't mean that you can make 16 mistakes. Are we forgetting the guessing penalty?

no we're not forgetting the penalty.......

US History is more like 8 wrong ( including penalty) not 15.

and 17 for world history...WOWZERS......

The curve in the blue book could just be for that particular exam, not for the test in general. I don't know...

This will probably sound like a stupid question but does anyone know why certain curves are more generous and others aren’t? I thought it might have to do with the difficulty of the tests, but most people say Literature is one of the hardest ones, and yet it has a very strict curve.
