<p>Sorry if I was slightly unclear. Yes, the reflected ray is supposed to be at the same angle. I meant that the question said the incident (incoming ray) went through the prism as a horizontal line. So then in reflection, angle of incidence = angle of reflection so the answer should have been the ray bouncing back at the same angle.</p>
