SAT subject test predicament

<p>So i signed up for two dec subject tests: math and history, but decided to add another subject test on test day. The lady gave me a form, and I filled it out and proceeded to take my three subject tests. It's now been a week, and i don't think i will be getting any notifications about my added test anytime soon. I was told that I will be asked to pay for my extra test from CB, but the proctor didn't tell me when or how. </p>
