SAT Subject Test Prep Book Advice

Okay, so I bought an old Barron's SAT II Math Level II prep book from a friend a couple days ago. However, this book is only the 7th edition, and I noticed on Amazon that there's a new 2008 edition. Should I spend the money to buy the new version? I don't want to waste my money if the material is essentially the same.

Also, which prep books are best for the US and Chemistry subject tests?

Thanks!

from what my teachers tell me, there is minimal difference between the new/old books. If there is a huge year differnce (say like 2001/2008), then it should still be ok.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it.

no they dont change ****. probably fixed a few typos here and there =] and left the majority of mistakes and typos in

yeah 1 edition is not significantly different.

Thanks, everyone :)

Does anyone know the best prep books for Chem and US? Better start this weekend, 3 weeks to go! =/

for US, i dont think you need a prep book for it. if you took the APUSH class, then the test should be easier. well, at least it was for me. i took a short glance at my AMSCO before the may 3rd test, and the test ended up being easy.
