SAT Subject Test Scores Dilemma

So I took the ACT, and got a 36 on the science section and a 33 on the math. I also have solid SAT scores. I took the SAT Subject tests in Math 2 and Biology M, unfortunately the latter of which I got a 660 on. Should I submit the SAT subject test scores and SAT, or should I just send the ACT?

Just send the ACT. I had the same issue. I got a 700 on my physics test and my high school counselor called one of his friends who used to work at Duke and asked if that is acceptable. He said the admissions officers weigh the ACT Science score more heavily and there is no need to submit a 700. What did you get for Math 2 though? I ended up just sending my Math 2 score since it’s an 800.

@smlwuj Thanks for the quick reply! I actually got a 780 on the Math II. Is that worth sending?

Yeah I would send that

Good luck on Duke! I want to go there so bad [-O<

What are your composite ACT and your total SAT?

@DukeShama 35 ACT, 1540 SAT.

@Integral69420 Pratt or Trinity?

Idk if this helps but I was admitted ED and submitted a 780 math II, 770 lit, 34 ACT with a 28W sub-score, and chose not to submit my 1500 SAT or 700 SAT US History because they were strong but not quite Duke strong. Tbh once you pass a certain academic threshold they look at different aspects, though

definitely just send the ACT! It’s what I, and many of my friends did, and we turned out ok!
