SAT SUBJECT TEST - URGENT!

Hey all,
So SAT Subject Tests are tomorrow, and I am taking Math 1 and Biology. I want to only take biology, so what happens if I only show up for bio and not for math? I am already registered for both...

You pay a cancellation fee

And this really belongs in the SAT subject test section.

Tell the proctor beforehand, and he/she will give you a cancellation form. Just fill that out.

You don’t need to cancel anything; just show up, take the Math 1 exam, and leave when it’s done. You’ll lose the registration fee for Bio but nothing more.

That said, are you ready for Math 2? Have you finished precalculus? If so, another option would simply be to take the Math 2 exam after Math 1. You wouldn’t need to tell your proctor anything, the fee would be only what you already paid when you registered, and your score might surprise you. I took both in January and expected to do better on level 1 than on level 2 but ended up doing about 50 points better on 2. Still, weigh the benefits of taking Math 2 on top of Math 1 against the cost (not monetary) of doing so: one hour of your time on a Saturday morning.

I did finish pre-calculus! I just got done with school today, but I looked at some practice questions for Math 2 and I think it may be beneficial for me to take that in September. )I am actually taking Bio and not Math 1 if my proctor allows).

Why are you even taking Math I and not II in the first place?

If you’ve finished Precalculus, you should be taking Math II.
