<p>Depends on the college.</p>

<p>They can be impressive, but since many colleges don’t actually require them, they could just “get you over the top” for the lower tier colleges.</p>

<p>However, for higher end colleges, like Ivy Leagues, it is in fact necessary to have 2 Subject Tests and for schools like Harvard, Yale, Princeton, it’s pretty much standard procedure to have 3.</p>
