SAT Subject Tests for ACT Test Takers

<p>On the Brown website it says “We require either the SAT Reasoning Test and any two SAT Subject Tests
or the ACT (with writing component).”</p>

<p>on the website the word or is italicized (don’t know how to do that on here)</p>

<p>I interpreted this as students who took the ACT would not be penalized for not submitting SAT Subject Tests. I know sending in good scores couldn’t hurt me but I have not taken the SAT 2s and would like to apply early decision and don’t want to chance sending in bad scores. Does anyone have any advice?</p>

<p>You interpreted this correctly. If you took the ACT with writing, there’s no need to send in SAT subject tests.</p>
