SAT Subject Tests & Georgetown

I'm confused about what Georgetown requires. College Board says they're only recommended, but then the school's site says they "request" 3 of them, anyone know what the requirement is?

I just asked this question in the information session earlier today.

You do not "need" to take the subject tests, but the woman said that i you didn't, preference would be given to other students, so...yeah...you basically have to take them if you want to get in.

Arghh I guess I should start studying to take them in November. I did so badly on the two I've already taken, I'm thinking of taking Lit and US History again and trying to get in the 600s at least. Maybe I just shouldn't bother applying to Georgetown, but we'll see. Thanks for the info...by the way did she say anything about whether 2 or 3 is acceptable?
