SAT Subject Tests: How important are they, REALLY?

Hey guys! I'm taking my two SAT Subject Tests tomorrow (Biology and Literature) and I'm pretty nervous.

My stats are kinda good, if I may say so myself. (I'm not trying to brag, I"m just trying to get an idea of what I need to do) I have a 4.0, have taken all but one of the APs offered at my school, have an SAT score of 2320, and my extracurriculars are abundant (NHS, Mu Alpha Theta, Cross Country, SGA, School Duel, cashier at Target, etc).

So all that's left are these SAT Subject Tests, and I was just wondering, if I don't do very well, how much of an impact will it really have on my chances of admission to an Ivy League School? Also, what is considered a good score range? What's a bad score range?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! :)
